The building was designed by Conway Architects. The Project

The Project is being managed and marketed by Blue Horizon Property Group, a local property development consultant. The development offers three apartment types - one, two or three bedroom units with prices ranging from $599, 000 to $1, 300, 000.  

During the first year, the developer will manage the body corporate or the legal entity set up to oversee the rights of the title owners for Qeleya Point Apartments. Following this, an election will take place to nominate and allow resident owners to oversee the management.  


How to secure your Apartments

Prospective buyers are invited to obtain a copy of the Qeleya Point Apartments Sales & Purchase Agreement. The apartment unit can be secured by signing a Sales & Purchase Agreement and by the payment of a 10% deposit. The deposit will be paid into the trust account of Lateef and Lateef Solicitors, Denison Road, Suva and in accordance with provisions of the sales and purchase agreement and shall be released only upon completion & settlement of the apartment unit.
